Tony Curtis & Associates Inc. is actively interviewing for the role of Key Account Coordinator for our client in the Dufferin and Steeles area. The Key Account Coordinator role is responsible for developing strong relationships with client teams by collaborating with internal teams to ensure the timely execution of all client programs/projects. The successful candidate will orchestrate all components of the client experience from exploring opportunities, ideating, iterating and ushering through all projects related to the products and services offered to all clients. This position reports to the Senior Project Manager, but works closely with the Relationship Manager/Sales Executive to provide support while also keeping internal stakeholders informed about the progress of opportunities and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination
· Account and project coordination in all matters related to key accounts across all functional areas of the business (sales, design, operations, product development, supply chain, & finance)
· Initiate projects and programs in project management software and task internal teams (studio, product development, operations, finance), ensuring timely completion of deliverables and tasks
· Meet regularly with internal teams to review open projects and advise Senior Project Manager of any issues or delays
· Organize Project Dockets and ensure that all client and program information is accurate, up to date, and saved in shared drive and/or in Project Management Software
· Relay program changes and/ or comments, including timelines and sample changes, to clients and to the internal team (Design, Packaging, Product Development, Operations)
Client/Account Coordination
· Serve as the lead point of contact for all client programs internally, including being informed on all cross-functional matters
· Communicate with specified clients by email, phone, presentations, and in-person/zoom meetings as required, take minutes and ensuring timely follow-up on all matters
· Work with clients on PO revisions, ITP follow-up, and communicating updates with cross-functional teams
· Maintenance and administration of all matters related to PM software
· Responsible for showroom organization before and after client meetings and collaborate with the Design team, the Product Development Team and relay any pertinent information from the Account Executive to ensure alignment when preparing showroom for client meetings
Qualifications
· Post-secondary education, preferably in business
· Project Management Certification preferred, or equivalent experience
· 3+ years experience supporting key accounts, preferably in private label & CPG
· Proficiency in MS Office (especially excel) and Project Management Software
· High emotional intelligence
· Aptitude for problem solving
· Excellent Communication skills
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
