Tony Curtis & Associates Inc. is actively interviewing for the position of Account & Fulfillment Manger, in the Dufferin and Lawrence area for a leading apparel brand. This is a strategic process manager role in a small and dynamic office environment, focused on cross-functional collaboration with no direct reports. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure the timely fulfillment of all orders across various channels of distribution in various time zones. S/He/They will be responsible for the data management in the ERP system and delivering exceptional customer service within the standards and procedures of the company. The Account & Fulfillment Manager will act as an advisor to Management and customers to ensure orders are managed and executed successfully throughout the supply chain. Essential Functions
Manage orders from entry through shipment confirmation, ensuring orders are fulfilled and shipped on time
Create and maintain all new item creations, PO creation and replenishment orders working closely with customers, buying and fulfillment teams
Support any order file allocation issues in a timely manner with the appropriate stakeholders (Sales, Accounting, Production, 3PL Warehouse, etc.) and champion the corresponding solutions
Tracking product flow against order shipping dates; partner with planning and production to achieve on-time shipping; communicating any delays or issues to Sales/Customer
Liaise with EDI CSR to validate the complete, accurate and timely processing of all EDI transactions
Support the automatic and manual allocations/picks for their accounts and communicate any workflow disruptions to the necessary stakeholders for resolution (inc. Allocations Team, 3PL WHSE & external customers & transportation companies)
Compare and evaluate possible courses of options related to customers’ orders and make decisions after various possibilities have been considered and discussed
Retrieve and analyze weekly sales data including managing on hands, WOS and communicating and working with sales closely, and customers as needed
Analyze and manage automatic replenishment (AR) programs – managing ladder plans (pre-season projections/in season re-projections), detailed size/colour selling analysis, inventory levels and store in-stock etc.
Communicate pre-season and in-season projections, budgets, and inventory needs both internal and with customer buying and fulfillment teams
Manage any DSV Ecom programs including sample requests, uploads of imagery and copy and on hand inventory levels working closely with Sales, 3PL WHSE, Studio and Customers
Ability to quickly learn ERP system to generate reports and review data that is critical in supporting Sales and processing customer requests
Analyze and resolve customer concerns based on established and new procedures
Support local office with any office management task as needed
Perform other related duties as required
Required Qualifications
Min 5 years of industry experience in Account relations/Fulfillment/Replenishment function
Ability to self-manage, prioritize tasks and act with autonomy and limited supervision
Excellent communication skills, reactive and proactive
Problem solving ability
Proficiency with an ERP system (Microsoft AX preferred), Retail Link, CommerceHub
Proficiency in MS Office programs with an emphasis on Excel
Ability to build strong and lasting relationships with accounts and co-workers
Ability to multi-task and manage a large account-base
Apparel industry experience with both retail and wholesale environments preferred – Walmart Canada, HBC, Costco, TJX etc
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
