Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and develop the Sales Team in an organic and creative manner
Develop and execute strategies to drive both domestic and international business growth and achieve sales targets
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
Manage, develop, and grow existing business relationships and customer accounts
Able to work and act as a leader in the office, full-time Monday to Friday
Perform international business travel to meet potential clients around the world as required
Promote products and services using sales presentations and product demonstrations according to the customers’ needs
Listen to customers, analyze their needs, offer adapted solutions and seize sale opportunities
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with customers to maximize profitability
Answer after-sales service questions (invoicing, changes to the customer’s account, provide general information, solve customers’ issues or refer them to the relevant department)
Stay up to date on company product developments and marketing initiatives to inform potential sales strategies
Researching prospective client companies to drive business development
Experience, Education, and Skills Required:
4-5 Years Experience in B2B Sales in the clothing/fashion industry
Proven track record of generating business clients and business development
Previous connections in the restaurant, bar, hotel, and other hospitality industries is a strong asset
Able to travel internationally when required
Outstanding Interpersonal and communication skills
Hungry and motivated to pursue leads with strong self-discipline
Demonstrated track record of being a self-starter and taking initiative
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
Determination and resilience through long and challenging sales cycles
Highly organized, detail oriented, and good with technology
Familiarity with MS Office and other relevant Sales CRM software
