Tony Curtis & Associates Inc. is interviewing for the position of Customer Service/Order Entry Representative for an established and growing manufacturer of apparel accessories, selling wholesale into US retail locations, located in Southwest Oakville. Primary Accountabilities:
Oversee, lead, develop and manage the daily operational processes of customer service/order entry department.
Work directly with our customer service/order entry team to ensure on-time and accurate processing of customer orders through both EDI and non-EDI. Knowledge of EDI orders is a must.
Proactively track customer orders and incoming inventory to ensure on-time fulfillment.
Regular communication with our 3rd party warehouse to help co-ordinate on-time customer shipments as well as timely receipt of incoming shipments.
Investigate and resolve customer charge backs in a timely manner.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and safety.
Collaborate with other departments such as Sales and Finance to align operations with company goals.
Provide regular Inventory and Sales reports, and ad hoc reports as needed.
Assist in annual budget and weekly sales projections.
Qualifications:
Relevant post-secondary education, and or 5 plus years’ experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in customer service/order entry in the wholesale to retail store industry.
Experience with 3PLs.
Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain.
Understanding of customer EDI orders and warehouse EDI processes.
Exceptional time management, problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Netsuite knowledge a huge plus.
Must live within 50 km of Oakville, ON and be legally eligible to work in Canada.
