Job Duties:
· Reviewing and processing incoming Sales Orders working directly with the Sales Team ensuring pricing and quantity accuracy with a high degree of attention to detail
· Accepting/reviewing and approving incoming EDI Orders
· Providing sales support via emails and or virtual meetings
· Working directly with 3PL to ensure order accuracy and on time pick up/delivery, and customer logistics compliance
· Issuing warehouse work orders
· Proactively following up on open orders, working with Sales Team to resolve any claims and customer issues
· Processing customer invoicing ensuring pricing and quantity accuracy after shipping
· Assisting with budget and weekly sales projection
· Maintain customer information database
· Reviewing inventory reports and ensuring customer commitments are met working directly with Sales with inbound delays or concerns
· Process vendor invoice and payment
· Prepare reports and assist with account analysis
· Provide administrative support including filing, answering inquiries 9phone and email), sorting incoming and preparing outing mail
· Provide additional support where needed, and other duties as assigned
Preferred Experience/Qualifications:
· 2 years plus experience in a similar role
· EDI
· Netsuite
· Excel advanced
· Exceptional Business etiquette
· Exceptional Customer Service etiquette
· Willingness toward continuous learning in support of the Sales Team
· High degree of focus and attention to detail
· Must be willing to work Statutory holidays to accommodate US business calendar
