In this role you will be proficient in garment fit, sizing, and technical development processes to ensure consistency, comfort, and alignment with brand standards across all product lines. You will work closely with Technical Design Manager, Senior Designer, Sales Director, and cross-functional brand partners to assist with fittings, fashion illustration flat sketch, measuring sample, technical documentation, and fit approvals throughout the product development lifecycle. Duties & Responsibilities
Fit & Garment Evaluation
· Assist in garment fit sessions using mannequins & live models
· Accurately measure garments following brand How to Measure guides and approved methodologies
· Independently identify design aesthetic, fit balance, proportion, comfort and pattern alteration at all stages of sampling
· Evaluate construction quality and workmanship against brand standards
· Propose clear, thoughtful fit and construction solutions to improve overall garment performance
Technical Documentation & Systems
· Create and maintain all detailed technical flat sketches using Adobe Illustrator
· Build, update, and maintain BOMs, measurement sets, and tech packs using best practices
· Record and process fit comments, measurement & construction changes, and approvals accurately
· Update PLM systems (Andromeda NGC) and internal fit tracking tools
· Maintain organized documentation of fit revisions, approvals, and sample history
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
· Partner closely with Technical Design Manager, Senior Designer, Sales Director during fittings and evaluations
· Attend and support fittings with offsite Design team as needed
· Communicate fit corrections clearly to Product Developer, Production Manager and factories and vendors and support follow-ups to ensure execution accuracy
Sample & Process Support
· Prepare samples for fittings, including steaming, labeling, and organizing samples as needed
· Support consistency of fit across sizes and styles
· Assist with continuous improvement of fit standards, tools, and processes

Minimum Qualifications
· 2-3+ years’ experience in the fashion industry with hands-on involvement in product development, technical design, or fit
· Degree or certification in Fashion Design, Product Development, or related field (preferred)
· Solid knowledge of garment construction, materials, and fit principles
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
· Experience with patternmaking programs such as Optitex is a plus
· Exposure to PLM systems such as Andromeda NGC
· Ability to work independently while being a strong team contributor
