Tony Curtis & Associates Inc. is actively interviewing for the role of Production Coordinator – Apparel, in Markham, Ontario. This role requires a solid understanding of garment development and production, as well as proficiency in technical pack building. The successful candidate is dedicated and detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. You will effectively follow direction, communicate cross-functionally, and troubleshoot issues to ensure goals and deadlines are met. Requirements:

· Technical Skills:

· Knowledge in pattern making (a bonus)

· Strong skills in building detailed technical packs (TP) and following up fitting and detail instructions

Professional Skills:

· Detail-oriented and well-organized

· Efficient and able to meet deadlines

· Self-motivated and able to multitask

· Strong problem-solving abilities

· Dynamic and energetic team player with a positive attitude and good work ethic

Experience:

· 3+ years of working experience in a related field

Responsibilities:

· Report to and assist the production team with sample and bulk order follow-ups

· Continuously liaise with designers/buyers, production floor supervisors to ensure smooth communication and workflow

· Monitor and execute production planning to ensure on-time delivery of products

· Compile daily productivity reports and prepare forms for each production dispatch

· Manage and maintain inventory of all materials for the production floor

· Monitor product quality to ensure it meets company standards

· Collaborate with all departments in a cooperative and professional manner

Languages: Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is considered a hge bonus.
