The Opportunity: Marketing Manger – E-Commerce

Tony Curtis & Associates Inc. is actively interviewing for the position E-Commerce Marketing Manager for an innovative, quality-oriented women’s wear brand in the heart of Toronto.
The ideal candidate will have an e-Commerce or business-related degree, a passion for fashion, and will bring 3-5 years of similar experience to this role. This role is crucial for optimizing our client’s online sales channels and ensuring a seamless customer experience, combining strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across paid, organic, influencer, and retail channels
· Manage monthly marketing calendars, product launch plans, and promotional campaigns (incl. Black Friday, Boxing Day, and seasonal drops)
· Lead influencer marketing: outreach, negotiation, contracts, content approval, performance tracking
· Oversee brand storytelling, ensuring consistency across website, email, social media, and retail experiences
· Analyze performance data (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, email metrics) and create actionable insights to optimize conversions and CAC
· Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling brand assets
· Work closely with the retail store team to drive foot traffic and increase in-store conversions
· Manage budgets, track spending, and ensure high ROI for marketing efforts
· Report weekly and monthly on KPI’s, growth strategy and campaign performance
Required skills and qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, IT, or a related field
· 3-5 years of experience as an e-commerce manager or in a similar e-commerce or digital marketing role
· Strong understanding of online sales platforms
· Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and e-commerce tracking tools
· Solid communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
· Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
· Experience with inventory management and supply chain management
