Tony Curtis & Associates Inc. is actively interviewing for the position of Digital Pattern Maker for an exclusive high-end brand of Men’s Suits and custom fits in North York.The ideal candidate will take pride in their craft, understand the importance of quality and fit, and be passionate about detail. You will bring 4+ plus years of pattern making experience, grading and marker making utilizing Gerber pattern making systems, and a keen eye for detail and accuracy. In this role you will be responsible for digitizing, pattern making, grading and marker making of patterns using the Gerber System and will report directly to the Head of Product Development. Key Responsibilities:

· New development & pattern adjustments for new collections

· Working closely with designers, product development & production team

· Develop a good understanding of fabric characteristics, patterns and design features

· Grading

· Production marker making

· Knowledge of Blue Pencil/exp on custom pattern making is a benefit

Qualifications, Experience and Required Skills:

· 4+ years experience in pattern making, grading and marker making using Gerber

· College Degree or Diploma in apparel design and manufacturing

· Knowledge of pattern making - specifically woven garments and men’s suits

· Sewing an asset

· Ability to learn quickly, work independently, multi-task,

· Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
