Tony Curtis & Associates Inc.is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Product Developer/Designer with exceptional Adobe Photoshop, photo-editing skills, and Eye For Fashion to join the Product Development team of a leading fashion accessories brand in Toronto. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who enjoys working with product images, visual assets, and digital presentations in a fashion-focused environment. In this role, you will support the development of fashion accessories collections while playing a key role in editing, enhancing, and organizing product imagery used throughout the development process. You will work closely with the Product Developers and product team to ensure product visuals accurately reflect samples and are presentation-ready for internal and external use.

Key Responsibilities:

Photo Editing & Visual Asset Management

· Edit and retouch product images in Adobe Photoshop to ensure high-quality, accurate visuals.

· Perform color correction, lighting adjustments, and background cleanup.

· Ensure images accurately reflect product samples, including color and material finishes.

· Organize and maintain a digital library of product images.

· Prepare edited visuals for presentations and development reviews.

Product Development Support

· Support the Lead Designer in developing Fashion Jewelry collections from concept to production.

· Create concept boards and visual presentations using Photoshop and Illustrator.

· Prepare visual comparisons for product reviews.

Sample & Development Coordination

· Manage product samples, including ordering, receiving, organizing, and tracking.

· Prepare samples and images for color correction and design review.

· Assist in reviewing finished products to ensure quality and design accuracy.

Trend & Product Research

· Research fashion and jewelry trends to support product development.

· Stay current with visual presentation trends in fashion and e-commerce.


Qualifications

Education

· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Product Development, Photography, or a related field.

Experience

· 1–2 years of experience in photo editing, graphic design, product development, or visual production.

· Internships, freelance editing work, or portfolio projects are welcomed.

Technical Skills

· Excellent Adobe Photoshop skills (photo retouching, color correction, image cleanup)

· Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Eye For Fashion

· Experience organizing and managing large volumes of image assets

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
