Description :

You meet or exceed revenue and profit goals for the Wholesale Business guided by our mission, vision and values, and aligned with the five-year company strategic plan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of leadership team; helping to set and execute short and long-term plans
• Set wholesale strategy, op erating plans, and organizational structure to deliver steady, accelerated growth
• Establish and execute a 5-year wholesale roadmap that aligns with overall company strategy and our aggressive growth plans
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and profitability goals
• Personally develop strong relationships and strategic partnerships with top external sales agents in the USA / Canada and top wholesale customers
• Set aggressive goals, for securing new customers, that align with overall company and foster an entrepreneurial mindset in the quest for new customers
• Constantly strive to understand and deliver based on the consumer’s views of our brand and product
• Lead, train, manage, mentor and motivate external sales team
• Ensure we have outstanding talent; people who consistently deliver results and fully represent the brand.
• Develop strategy and execute growth plans for Branded and Private Label programs
• Provide strategic leadership, being the voice of the customer, with regard to merchandise development and assortment planning
• Work effectively across all functions to meet customer needs
• Deliver and sustain outstanding customer service to customers through effective partnerships with internal Design, Customer Care and Operations Team
• Constantly communicate and analyze business through effective use of available standard channel distributions as well as develop E Commerce
