Description :

EDI:
-vendor EDI set up and maintenance
–coordinating EDI systems interface
-develop and attain approval on all compliancy requirements, ie ticket format, MH10, hanger changes, 810’s, (packing and shipping processes…)
-import all EDI documents, 850, 860, text and 997
-resolve all EDI import discrepancies and errors
-investigate and resolve all ASN and 810 rejections
-verify EDI documents against data in the system
-communicate with vendor’s EDI team on EDI issues
-cancel bulk order in system once verified
-liase with buyer and NY sales team on EDI order discrepancies
-approve UPCs for upload into each of the EDI catalogue
CUSTOMS AND EXPORT PREPARATION:
-enter and set up each product in system with HTS codes, duty types, and customs requirements for exporting purposes.
-create MID’s as needed
-research and set up new HTS codes as needed each season
-enter and process all exporting documents for shipping out of Canada (h/o and Fashion)
-liaise with broker and carrier on export docs and issues
MONTHLY LOGISTICS AND PROCESSING:
-plan pick allocation for majors and independents based on ship window and product eta
-liaise with product team for style info and eta dates
-flag orders which may face cancellation
-generate picks for EDI PO’s and manual orders as planned
-process stock transfer from appropriate warehouse to fill in shortages
-source all shipping materials needed for vendor compliancy, ie. security tape
-liaise with warehouses on shipping compliancy and changes
-investigate chargebacks and gather necessary documents to process appeal
-liaise with accounting and vendor compliance
-pack and coordinate head ofc shipments as required
-follow up on unprocessed/uncomplete orders
-investigate and resolve shipping related issues
INVENTORY MAINTENANCE:
-run open order reports to check order status and complete orders to keep ATS updated
-field ATS related questions
-coordinating all major inventory transfers, ie sample sales, Winners
-ensure inventory is updated after each head ofc sale
-coordinate all inventory counts
-reconcile inventory in system after each count

Skills :

Experience on EDI paramount requirement
Strong skills with Microsoft Office
