Summary of Position
The Inside Sales / Customer Service Coordinator responds to email inquiries on the company website; maintaining web base dealer directory; organizing and maintaining showrooms, providing administrative assistance to the sales/order department, send out promotional literature and fabric samples.
Education/ Experience
o Familiar with computers including basic business software applications (Work, Excel, Outlook, Vision, Internet)
o Ability to work under pressure
o Pleasant phone manner
o Friendly and welcoming disposition
o Effective communication and English language skills
o Strong organizational/ follow up skills
General Duties in the Office
o Work with accounting regarding order entry, invoice issues- special discounts, missing pieces from shipments, etc.
o Answer internal and client e-mails
o Provide administrative assistance to sales department and order entry
o Ensure timely follow-ups to customers inquiries
o Support Sales and Marketing with day to day duties
Shipping
o Obtain customer ship-to information for the shipping department
o Allocate open orders to pick tickets
o Give shipping department priority customer lists
o Ship our samples/ catalogues/ other promotional items to sales reps and distributors |
