Sales Reporting Manager/Director
Outline of responsibilities:

• Sales budget process:
o Working with Sales/Planning teams on account specific sales and cgm template files
o Sales reporting:
? Consolidation into one sales/financial file
? YOY analysis
? Brand
? Product commodity

• Sales Forecasting:
o Monthly sales matrix reviews with sales team
o Monthly sales reporting
? By account
? Brand
? Product Commodity
? Up load monthly sales forecast for finance
o Weekly sales reporting
? Weekly sales and cgm by sku
? Open order report

• Inventory Reporting:
o Inventory reporting and analysis
o Co-ordinate with Sales/Planning teams on corrective action plans

• Utility bedding Reporting:
o Soft Tex sales budget and monthly sales reporting
o Soft Tex inventory reporting by account – coordinate with Sales/Planning on corrective action plans

• Sales Development/Marketing Reporting:
o Work with the sales team to track and report on sales BDF/Marketing expenditures

• Market Share Reporting
o Annual market share updates and presentations

• Product Landscape Reporting
o Working with the sale team to update and maintain retailer/product landscapes
o Market update reports

• Retail Price Tracking
o Working with the sales team to update and maintain retail price tracker
o Market update reports

• Commodity Price Tracking
o Creation of commodity price change reports and presentations


• Daily sales report
o Generate and publish daily sales report
o Work with sales teams to track and report on weekly performance to monthly forecast

• Power point presentations
o Lead on coordinating and preparing the corporate financial presentations

• To assist when necessary as a back up to the Planning Team

Primary considerations:
- A Business/Finance/Accounting Degree
- 6+ years in CPG, Home Fashion or Apparel - Mass Market Retail as per Cross communications per Departments mentioned above
- Accuracy and attention to detail is critical
- Excellent knowledge of MS office Suite especially Excel/Power Point
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral
