Account Manager is driven, has sound knowledge of public relations principles, technique and style, comes armed with experience in fashion/lifestyle public relations, and has a passion for results.
• Day-to-day client management including research, planning, execution and evaluation of all communications activities
• Provide high-quality professional counsel and service to clients in accordance with expectations of our client
• Demonstrate accountability for workloads and meets internal deadlines
• Liaise with coordinators and interns on a project basis to ensure high-quality client/media service
• Serve as daily client contact and as a client lead when appropriate
• Demonstrate tactical proficiency in media relations (proactive and reactive) including creating and driving outreach plans, message development, event management and other duties as assigned
• Foster relationships with third-party influencers and appropriate media
• Demonstrate proficiency in writing skills to craft client correspondence, communications plans, media materials etc.
• Contribute to new business process including identifying new business opportunities
• Complete media reporting in a timely manner as required
• Proactively provides feedback or fresh ideas to develop new media/influencer strategies
• Maintain regular, open and honest communication with fellow employees
• Maintain regular reporting to supervisors
