Summary of Position
The Inside Sales/ Customer Service Coordinator responds to email inquiries on the company website; maintaining web base dealer directory; organizing and maintaining showrooms, providing administrative assistance to the sales department, send out promotional literature and fabric samples and as well as maintaining and creating relationships with consumers and agents.
Education/ Experience
o Familiar with computers including basic business software applications (Work, Excel, Outlook, Vision, Internet)
o Ability to work under pressure
o Pleasant phone manner
o Friendly and welcoming disposition
o Effective communication and English language skills
o Strong organizational/ follow up skills
Working Directly with Dealers & Reps,
o Inform dealers of available to sell stock, when styles become available, and when styles have been delayed or cancelled
o Obtain shipping information – where to ship, give the dealers tracking numbers, inform them of where it is, and when it will get there
o Inform dealers and reps of backorders pending
o Special orders- inform production
o Promos for special occasions, requester by reps/ dealers
o Returns- issue return authorization numbers to dealers and occasionally private consumers, follow up with receiving the return, and check with quality control for valid warranty
o Reps- give them all information as written above, as well as keep them updated on progress in the office, so they may keep their dealers well informed. Also take special orders and requests of urgent matters
General Duties in the Office
o Work with accounting regarding invoice issues- special discounts, missing pieces from shipments, etc.
o Answer e-mails
o Take calls from consumers with questions pertaining to our product
o Provide administrative assistance to sales department
o Ensure timely follow-ups to customers inquiries
o Contact customers regarding deficiencies and work with them to find substitutions where available
o Obtain customer ship-to information for the shipping department
o Allocate open orders to pick tickets
o Give shipping department priority customer lists
o Ship our samples/ catalogues/ other promotional items to sales reps and distributors
o Keep showroom organized and samples well displayed
o Full knowledge of the client products
o Help organize tradeshows- samples and booth shipments, etc.
o Maintain and merchandise the showroom and support the hosting of key accounts, rep’s and international distributors

Skills :

This is an entry level position.
Fashion Education background is required either Management courses or Design education (with design the desire to consider an new avenue over Design)

Exposure to an office environment or experienced in a Fashion Sales Agency or Brand is ideal.
Strong Excel and Administrative skills preferred.
