Tony Curtis & Associates is actively seeking a highly skilled Account Coordinator Sales Department, for a sensational ladies tailored brand. If you are self-motivated, organized, and detail orientated then this newly created role is the one for you. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, customer service, and administrative skills preferably in fashion wholesale. In this role you will work collaboratively in a team environment, and independently, on a variety of tasks. Your main responsibilities will be to assist and work along side the Sales & Account Manager in the following day-to-day tasks: market sales and coordination, account maintenance, correspondent for showroom representatives, improving processes, customer service and acting as a brand ambassador.


Qualifications:

Post secondary education in fashion business and equivalent work experience
3-5 years experience buying, sales, and customer service in the fashion industry
Proficient Computer Skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Familiar with Market Software Platforms: ERP, NuOrder, JOOR is considered an asset
Excellent Interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Strong problem-solving/conflict resolution skills
Detail oriented
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and capable of working on own initiative
Sense of ownership, urgency, and flexibility


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Serve as point of contact for all Sales Representatives in US, Canada, and Internationally to assist with inquiries and provide support with required information
Act as liaison between showrooms and house accounts for all wholesale related inquiries, customer service, announcements, and communication ie: shortages, extensions, cancellations, follow ups
Coordinate go to Market Sample Calendar for all showroom’s selling season and prepare/ship samples according to market calendar
Organize and coordinate Market Calendar with House accounts: schedule appointments, ensure samples are available and in perfect selling order, all selling assets are prepared, use JOOR to track notes by account
Manage/Maintain JOOR, NuOrder – all style data uploads, custom line sheets, edits/updates, cancelled styles terms & conditions
Create swatch cards and other selling tools necessary for optimum sales and representation of the collection each season
Track deadlines/delivery dates to ensure customer orders are submitted timely
On boarding new accounts: research potential new Canadian distribution in open territories
Process new account set up: Vendor Terms Card, credit limit, US customer Tax Exemptions
Regular Store visits to retail partners – casual walk throughs as well as scheduled PKs
Provide high resolution images as requested by accounts
Selling Reports – collect data and update weekly, mid season and end of season reports
Complete style detail sheets and copy for all major retailers

Ensure internal processes are respected and improved
Maintain brand integrity
Maintain relationships with showroom representatives and retail partners while abiding by company policies and protocols
Collaborate to create a Wholesale Manual/Onboarding Welcome Package
