Description :

Account Executive
Manage an existing customer portfolio; Service Level Agreements are met, develop and enhance customer relationships, complete RFP submissions, contract renewal, price modifications, proactively pursue organic growth, promote business relationship to eliminate lost customers.
PRIMARY DUTIES- Keep accounts in good standing by:
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
• Regular customer interaction
• Develop, implement and process account KPI’s along with all necessary reports
• Proactively solution to ensure client targets are exceeded
• Develop and maintain systems to prevent customer defection
• Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations
• Ensure all contract renewals are efficient, effective and successful
• Respond to RFP’s for existing accounts to renew the business
• Manage all program changes such as redesigns and new program additions within the account
• Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
• Work with Business Development Managers during implementation phase of new business
• Work with Sales Operations Managers for ongoing account requirements
• Proactively leads a joint company- account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones
• Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all company personnel

Skills :

• Must have valid drivers’ license and in good standing
• Regional travel 70% of work week
• Trans Canada travel bi weekly to monthly
• Must submit weekly activities and meetings to Manager

• Ability to lift samples (10-50lbs) repeatedly
Oral Communication

• Must be able to communicate, articulately, professionally and persuasively in both large group and individual settings
• Must be able to handle customer objections effectively on the spot
Written Communication
• MS Office Experience with a focus in Excel and Power Point
• Must be able to communicate, articulately, professionally and persuasively
• Must be able to respond to RFP’s and execute proposals that require extensive written narrative
• Must be able to handle customer objections effectively in writing
• Must have focused listening skills to ensure that our customer’s needs are heard and precisely and clearly communicated through the organization
Decision Making
• Effective judgement-ability to make high level decisions on behalf of the Company in order to satisfy the customer needs
Attention to Detail
• Ensure all customers details are understood, addressed and closed
• Experience: 5-7 years in related position with emphasis on customer service and sales management
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to work independently
• Highly organized and able to set effective schedule to accomplish objectives
• Display refined business acumen when dealing with senior managers within our client base. In addition also possess the skills to interact and communicate with the product end user.
