We have an immediate opening for the above position with a highly successful organization specializing in apparel accessories. Responsibilities:
• Process incoming orders timely and ensure pricing and quantity are correct
• Provide customer support by phone and through e-mails
• Work with warehouse and logistics to ensure orders are being shipped timely and according to customers’ requirement
• Proactively follow up open orders and communicate with sales team / customer for any change
• Work with sales team to resolve any claims and customer issues
• Maintain customer information database
• Prepare and reconcile sales and inventory reports
• Assist in annual budget and weekly sales projection
• Provide administrative support including filing, answering inquiries (both phone and email), sorting incoming and preparing outgoing mail, and providing other support as needed
Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills and experience
• Experience with EDI and ERP system
• Excellent time management, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work beyond and outside of normal working hours to meet business needs
• Willingness and ability to adapt to organizational changes affecting the role
Education:
College Level preferred – industry related
Experience:
4+ years of related experience specific to EDI
