Tony Curtis & Associates Inc. is currently interviewing for the position of Data Entry Supervisor for a leading North American Manufacturer of furniture solutions with locations in Canada, the US, the UK, China, and Mexico. If you are a data entry professional with solid critical thinking skills coupled with excellent attention to detail, we would love to hear from you immediately.
As part of the Costing team, you will be responsible for organizing, analyzing, and maintaining company data and developing procedures to ensure data consistency across all systems. Reporting to the Director of Costing, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and input data into relevant strategies and continuously evaluate and improve data management processes and systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Data entry 3 years
Job Description: Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Develop and implement processes to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across all systems.
• Manage and maintain company databases, ensuring that data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
• Actively participate in automating pricing projects and other continuous improvement projects.
• Coordinate with other departments to gather and input data into relevant systems.
• Create and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other data collection tools to track and analyze various aspects of the business.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the system, troubleshoot any errors or inconsistencies, and take corrective action, as necessary.
Required Qualifications Include but are not limited to:
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience, preferably in the manufacturing or office furniture industry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and knowledge of AS400 an asset.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data from various sources.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
